I ship Dair because they’re an amazing, beautiful couple. NOT because I hate Chuck, NOT because I hate Serena, just because when Dan and Blair are together, everything is sweet and real. They’re complete opposites, which is why they attract and also why their bond has grown to be so strong. Unlike most of the couples on the show, they’ve had a “journey” - from being enemies, co-workers, friends and now, truly in love. Blair feels comfort when she confides in Dan, and Dan - despite knowing how high maintenance Blair is - is always willing to be there for her and to listen to her. They are definitely soulmates. Their relationship isn’t forced, or filled with drama. It’s gentle and easy. And Penn and Leighton have incredible chemistry.
